Where is the best place to park when staying at Hotel Winters?
We offer free parking for all guests. There is a public parking lot located on the side of the hotel with 4 electric charging stations available for guest use. Guests are also welcome to park along the nearby main streets, including Abbey St, Railroad St, and 1st Street. Additional free parking is also available across from Carbonis Restaurant.
Do I receive a complimentary drink upon check-in?
Yes, we offer guests a complimentary glass of either red or white wine during their stay.
What are the early check-in and late check-out policies?
Check-in time at Hotel Winters is 4:00 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of departure. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests for early check-ins and late check-outs not guaranteed. Any requests for departures after 3:00 pm will be accommodated on a space available basis at the prevailing Best Available Rate. All late check-outs must be approved by the Guest Services team during check-in.
Can I drop off my luggage before my room is ready?
Yes, Guest Services agents will gladly hold any luggage in the back office, send a message via text when the room becomes available
