Where is the best place to park when staying at Hotel Winters?

We provide free parking for all guests. There is a public parking lot located beside the hotel, which includes four electric charging stations available for guest use. Guests are also welcome to park along the nearby main streets, including Abbey Street, Railroad Street, and 1st Street. Additionally, there is free parking available across from Carbonis Restaurant.

Does the hotel offer valet services or reserved parking for guests?

Hotel Winters does not offer valet service, we offer reserved parking for group events, located across from Carbonis Restaurant. The lot accommodates approximately 25 cars.

Is breakfast included with my stay?

Breakfast is not included with all room reservations; however, we offer special packages that include breakfast at Carboni’s Ristorante. We also have an onsite Marketplace where guests can purchase coffee, breakfast items, and grab-and-go options during their stay.

What are the hours and dining options at Carboni’s Ristorante and the Market Place Café?

Do all rooms include a workspace or executive desk?

About 98% of our guest rooms feature a workspace or executive desk, ensuring a comfortable area for business or personal use during your stay. Note: Classic King rooms are the exceptions, as they do not include a desk.

How does the hotel handle noise/soundproofing?

We have a strict no-party policy to ensure a quiet atmosphere throughout the property. Guests will be required to sign a form upon check-in. Additionally, our team actively monitors guest concerns and promptly addresses any noise issues that may arise.

What high-end amenities can I expect in the bathrooms?

Gilchrist & Soames bath amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Blow dryers located in a pouch under the sink, sets of towles, robes and slippers.

What is the pet policy at Hotel Winters, and are there extra fees?

$75 pet fee per pet with a max of two dogs and/or cats per room. Additional deep cleaning and damage fees may apply.

What specific amenities do you provide for dogs/cats?

Assigned pet rooms with hardwood floor, pet Bowl, cute amenity welcome bag with dog treats, and pet poop bags. A comfy bed for pet

What services are offered at ZenTerra Spa, and should I book in advance?

Hotel Winters is situated in the heart of downtown Winters, with many tasting rooms and restaurants within a 1 to 3-minute walk, such as Berryessa Gap Vineyards Downtown Tasting Room and Turkovich Family Wines.

How far is Hotel Winters from Napa Valley and Sacramento?

To Sacramento: about 30–40 minute drive (roughly 30–32 miles)

What is the best way to experience the annual Winters Tractor Christmas Parade?

Enjoy a festive weekend packed with holiday activities by booking a two-night stay! The celebrations kick off on Friday with hot cocoa, an Elf scavenger hunt for the kids, and photo opportunities with Santa. Then, on Saturday evening, don’t miss the holiday parade along Main Street.

Do I receive a complimentary drink upon check-in?

Yes, we offer guests a complimentary glass of either red or white wine during their stay.

What are the early check-in and late check-out policies?

Check-in at Hotel Winters begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, while check-out is required by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. We will make every effort to accommodate requests for early check-ins and late check-outs, but these cannot be guaranteed. Any requests for departures after 3:00 PM will be accommodated based on availability at the prevailing Best Available Rate. All late check-outs must be approved by the Guest Services team during check-in.

Can I drop off my luggage before my room is ready?

Yes, Guest Services agents will gladly hold any luggage in the back office, send a message via text when the room becomes available

What entertainment options are available on the in-room TVs?

Are there vegetarian or gluten-free options at Carboni’s Ristorante?

Yes, Carboni’s Ristorante does offer both vegetarian and gluten-free friendly options. It also offers desserts like flourless chocolate cake and other gluten-free options for catered menus

What equipment is available in the Fitness Center?

Do you offer room blocks for weddings at nearby venues like Park Winters?

Yes, we offer contracted blocks of rooms. To book a block, we require a minimum of 10 rooms. We will hold a number of rooms for your guests to book under your group name or through a special booking link. If guests need information about availability or would like a proposal, they are welcome to inquire directly with our Sales Department at sales@hotelwinters.com.

What is the best room type for a bridal party or large group?

The Wedding Suite and Signature Suite are the two largest accommodations among our six suite offerings, connecting with a double queen room. The wedding suite and the signature suite are approximately 575 square feet, providing ample space for hair and makeup preparations for groups of approximately 5–12 guests, while comfortably accommodating an overnight stay for 2 guests. The difference between these suites is the décor; the Wedding suite has a canopy bed.

We also offer additional suite options, including:

• One Bedroom Suite – 1 King Bed | Approximately 600+ SQ FT

We have six ADA Rooms

Can I request additional seating or a desk for my room if needed?

We may be able to provide additional seating; however, we cannot accommodate extra desks in the guest rooms. Guests are encouraged to use the hotel lobby or business center for their workspace needs.

Do you have safes in the room?

Do you have a pool?

Hotel Winters does not have a swimming pool; however, we do offer a beautiful courtyard water feature that guests are welcome to enjoy. This water feature creates a relaxing and ambient atmosphere in our outdoor space.

Do you allow outside catering?

Hotel Winters does not permit outside catering for events held in our event spaces. However, you are allowed to bring desserts and wine. Please note that there is a $25 corkage fee for each bottle of wine served. All other food and beverages must be provided by our on-site culinary team at Carboni’s Ristorante.

Do you have a room to get ready for hair and make up?

The accommodations will be provided in individual rooms or suites rather than event spaces. The most popular options are the Winters Wedding Suite and the Signature Suite, both of which exceed 750 square feet and feature a separate parlor or living area. This layout makes them ideal for bridal parties, stylists, and photographers. We usually recommend reserving a suite for the night before the wedding to ensure guaranteed access on the morning of your special day.

Can we request to hold wedding cakes in your restaurant?

No, Hotel Winters does not allow outside catering, including wedding cakes, to be brought in or stored for events, nor to be transported from our property to another venue.

Do you have stairs accessible to the lobby?

Since we have stairs, there are emergency stairwells that lead to the alley and our event ballroom, but they do not connect directly to the lobby. If necessary, we can arrange for your room to be closer to the stair access for added convenience.
