Prepared in our exhibition kitchen, Carboni’s Ristorante, Bar, and Market offers an Italian-forward menu complete with homemade pizza and pasta straight from Winter’s regional bounty. Enjoy craft beers, artisanal cocktails, or a glass of vino at our wraparound bar, outdoor patio, rooftop bar or dining area. Carboni’s was carefully crafted to deliver lasting culinary memories that will inspire you to return time and time again. We have a table waiting for you!
Hotel Winters is nestled in the heart of California’s most fertile growing region, 40 minutes (24 miles) east of Napa and 30 minutes (25 miles) NW of Sacramento. The area has a rich history of organic farming in the mystical soil of Yolo County.
Many of the fruits and vegetables featured in our Chef’s dishes are grown and literally picked from farms you can view when perched on our rooftop bar.
